Our modern engineering maintenance facilities are equipped with the very latest test and calibration equipment. Our quality management system ISO 9001:2015 ensures that this test equipment is regularly checked and calibrated by Independent UKAS accredited laboratories.
We are able to provide an ‘off-site’ repair or maintenance service at our Kimbolton facility, or work can be undertaken on-site at our customer’s healthcare site. All contracts are matched to our individual customer’s needs.
To supplement our Kimbolton facility we have engineers based “locally” throughout the UK and in many cases are able to respond to our customers’ needs within a few hours.
We offer fresh solutions to the current challenges faced by medical engineering and healthcare managers.
We can supply teams of highly trained engineers to work alongside your own staff, targeting specific projects or equipment on a one off basis, or carry out repeat PPM service contracts across a wide range of medical equipment.
We have many years experience of multi-vendor Service provision and are happy to work around your operational constraints, enabling efficient utilisation of your assets.
Many of our projects take place outside departmental working hours thus causing minimal disruption to your healthcare facilities service delivery.
Call or email us to discuss your requirements with one of our directors.Read about our services
We are able to offer significant savings on original equipment supplier (OEM) service pricing, contracts can be tailored to meet your requirements and the service delivery designed to fit around your operational constraints.
Each contract has its own designated engineer assigned to provide the customer with a known, reliable point of contact and to organise and co-ordinate the maintenance visit.
We are also happy to discuss dedicated site based engineers working alongside your technicians, supplemented by our mobile field engineers, providing our customers with the service that best meets their operational needs.Find out more
